SMOG is the name of a series of contemporary and non-classical music concerts held in Brussels. Taking place in chilled and lively contexts, SMOG is an opportunity to get to know people's latest works on music composition and sound research. SMOG is a space where you can approach music without prejudices, on a regular basis. // SMOG web
Due to the Covid-19, the SMOG 42 and SMOG 43 have gone online.
The curtains designed for these online events capture the spirit of SMOG and its musicians.
For SMOG 43 I counted on the collaboration of Pierre Slinckx and Leo Malek in the editing and creation of videos.
I have been collaborating with SMOG since 2017, during which time we have created a large Monster House. These impossible creatures are a metaphor for the event that the spectators are going to witness: contemporary music in its pure state.
